We focus on buying laptops, desktop computers, smartphones, camera and video equipment, and select networking hardware.

To use our services, you must:

  • Have the legal right to sell the items in question;

  • Be located in Australia;

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding your business or identity and the equipment you wish to sell.

3. Selling Your Equipment

By submitting your technology for sale to Digital Mesh:

  • You confirm that you are the legal owner of the goods and have the right to sell them;

  • You agree to provide accurate descriptions and condition reports;

  • You understand that our offers are subject to inspection and verification upon pickup or delivery.

All quotes provided are subject to change upon physical inspection of the equipment. Final offers will be confirmed after evaluation. You are under no obligation to accept our offer.

4. Inspection and Pickup

We offer pickup services across Australia for approved transactions. Items may also be delivered to us by courier at your discretion and cost, unless otherwise arranged.

All items are subject to inspection upon arrival. If items are not as described or found to be non-functional, we reserve the right to adjust the offer or decline the purchase.

5. Payment Terms

Once an offer is accepted and inspection is complete, payment will be processed promptly—typically within 1-3 business days. Payment methods include bank transfer or other methods as agreed in writing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or incorrect payment details provided by you.

6. Data Privacy and Security

You are responsible for ensuring all data is removed from your devices before handing them over. While we take reasonable steps to wipe and securely process equipment, we are not liable for any data breaches resulting from residual data on sold equipment.

We handle your personal and business information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse to purchase any item at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Stolen goods;

  • Counterfeit or unlicensed equipment;

  • Items that pose a safety hazard;

  • Goods that do not meet our purchasing criteria.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Mesh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, business, or profits.
