Before sending any items, all shipments must be approved and accompanied by a confirmed quote or agreement.

If Digital Mesh arranges pickup, we will confirm whether any shipping or logistics costs apply before collection.

If you choose to ship items yourself, you are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We do not reimburse postage, courier fees, or insurance unless prior arrangements have been made.
3. Packaging Guidelines
To ensure your equipment arrives safely:

Remove or secure any detachable components (e.g., batteries, chargers, accessories).

Clearly label each package with your name, business name, and a reference number if provided.

Include a copy of the approved quote or correspondence inside the package.
We are not responsible for items that are damaged due to poor packaging.

Keeping proof of shipment and tracking information until the transaction is complete.
Digital Mesh is not liable for lost or damaged items in transit when shipped by the sender.
