At Digital Mesh Pty Ltd, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all sellers. As a business that purchases technology in bulk—both new and used—we conduct thorough inspections to ensure fairness and accuracy in all transactions.
This Refund and Returns Policy outlines how we handle order cancellations, returns, and refunds relating to the sale of goods to Digital Mesh.
1. General Policy
Since we are a purchasing business (not a retail reseller), our refund and returns process applies to situations where goods have already been shipped or picked up, but the transaction cannot be completed due to issues such as:

Items arriving damaged or non-functional without prior disclosure;

Incomplete or incorrect shipments;

Counterfeit, stolen, or non-verifiable equipment.
We do not offer refunds in the traditional retail sense. Instead, our goal is to ensure that sellers who send or hand over goods that cannot be purchased are given the option to have their items returned.
2. Goods We Cannot Accept
We reserve the right to reject and return goods if:

The condition is significantly different from what was agreed upon;

Devices are non-functional and this was not disclosed;

Items are counterfeit, stolen, or obtained unlawfully;

Items fall outside our approved list of acceptable technology.
In such cases, we will notify you and, if applicable, offer to return the goods at your expense or dispose of them securely (with your written consent).
3. Inspection and Final Offer
All equipment is inspected upon arrival—whether via pickup or delivery. If our inspection finds discrepancies between the described and actual condition, we will:

Give you the choice to accept the revised offer or have the items returned.
If you decline the revised offer, we will return the goods to you at your cost or arrange for disposal if agreed.
4. Cancellations Before Pickup or Shipping
If you change your mind before items are shipped or picked up, you may cancel your sale request by contacting us promptly. Once goods are in transit or have been collected, cancellations may not be possible unless mutually agreed.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If Digital Mesh declines to purchase items after inspection, we will return them at your cost unless otherwise agreed.

If the misdescription is minor and a partial adjustment is proposed, you may choose to accept the new offer or pay for the return of the goods.

In some cases, if pickup was arranged and paid for by Digital Mesh and the equipment was misrepresented, we may deduct our logistics costs from the return or disposal process.
6. Goods Sent Without Prior Agreement
Please do not ship or deliver equipment to us without a confirmed quote or agreement. We are not responsible for unsolicited items, and they may not be returned.
